This new build has quality finishes that are so tastefully done it sets it apart. This home feel warm while remaining stylish which can be hard to find in a new build as they often can feel sterile. This house is well priced because it’s a premium product.

This home sits toward the higher end of the new-construction market on a price-per-square-foot basis. The tradeoff is finish quality—the builder has put considerably more thought into the details and design than you'll find in many similarly sized new builds.
